Our mission is to render the failed system of "Traditional VC" obsolete.
We acknowledge that genius is evenly distributed, but opportunity is not.
We understand that the best predictor of future success is not privilege, proximity, pedigree, prestige, and pattern, but a demonstrable history of grit, skill, vision and impact across a network.
Therefore, our approach is threefold:

Build "The Platform": A vertically integrated ecosystem that gives every ambitious individual, regardless of pedigree, a clear path to break into tech, earn while they learn, build a network and reputation, find fellowship and unlock access to VC based on proof, not privilege.
Onboard the Investor: Provide the investment world with a superior, de-risked signal for talent, as a means to begin to seize the $5.2 trillion in missed innovation that traditional VC's bias costs the global economy each year.
